The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Priority Axis 2 “Increase in Mazovia’s e-potential” of the Regional Operational Programme of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship for 2014-2020

Short description of the project

The project concerns the implementation of an integrated IT system at the Rodentis facility, which will provide the possibility of offering patients online medical services available through multiple electronic communication channels, including mobile applications, improve the quality of the offer, and increase management efficiency thanks to transactional relationships with business partners. As a result of the project implementation, the administrative costs of operating the facility will be reduced in connection with the provision of services enabling the automation of data exchange processes. The IT system that will be implemented as part of the project has several features that allow the optimisation of cooperation between partner facilities to offer patients comprehensive, top-quality medical services.

Purpose of the project

The main goal of the project is to improve the quality and availability of medical services provided by the Rodentis medical facility to the inhabitants of the district of the Capital City of Warsaw by implementing online services, including transactional interaction, improving the process of providing health services, and increasing the effectiveness of their implementation using ICT.

Planned effects

As a result of the project, the following e-services will be implemented: e-registration, e-diagnostics, e-settlement of subscription contracts, e-purchasing group, e-consultation, e-queue, and e-prescription repetition. Offering the above-mentioned e-services will contribute to the simplification of many processes taking place in the facility; first of all, the registration process, the process of waiting for a doctor’s appointment and the process of issuing prescriptions (e-registration, e-queue, and e-prescription repetition). All e-medical services will also translate into keeping electronic medical records by the medical facility, which will apply to each patient.
